Appreciating What You Have Comments
In this day and age we often, no matter what our status in life, feel that we don't have enough. Ask your self, do I have food on the table three times a day, clean water to drink and a roof over my head ? Is there medical facilities available when I need them? Can I speak out in public without persecution or risk of arrrest? Can I worship in the faith of my choice without being arrested or worse? As a woman, am I allowed to make any career choice that I want? Can I vote in a public election or even dress as I please. If you can answer yes to most of these questions then you are better off than millions of people in other countries that can't say yes to any of these questions. I thank our Lord that i can say yes to all of these questions. Remember, material goods and money itself comes and goes but if we have the Love of Jesus and our Heavenly Father then we always will have love and be shown the grace and forgiveness for our transgressions. Enjoy the fruits of your success but also realize that it can all dissappear as fast as it was obtained.

Finding The Right Career Comments
As your career will consume the major part of every waking day, the path you choose should be something you really enjoy doing. The amount of money you make will only retain your interest for so long. In fact the amazing thing is you will find that somehow you are always able to adjust your life style to your income. Also think about doing something that is fulfilling. You will guarantee yourself the most satisfaction if you are doning somethng you love and are helping others at the same time.

Your Career is one of the decisions that will define your life. You have to ask yourself

* Do I want to make a lot of Money ?
* Do I want to serve mankind ?
* What skills do I have now?
* What skills to I want to develop?
* Do I want to work more with my mind ?
* Do I want to work more with my hands?
* How can I incorporate what I like to do into a career.
* Am I artistic ?
* Am I good with numbers
* Am I good with people ?
* Am I willing to invest the time and /or money to get where I want to go?
* How can I meet the right people to help me decide what I want to do?

Embracing Change Comments
I, like so many others, often thought that if I just waited long enough, things would happen for me. All of my wishes and dreams would come to be. The reality is that getting where you want to go takes effort, research , soul searching a little bit of luck and focusing on what you want to do. Self improvement is a lifelong process. study and evaluate your own behavior. It is usually true that how we are when we are alone is the person that we really are. Don't take pride in exceeding your expectations if your goals were only mediocre. Once in a while we have to set a goal that absolutely terrifies us. We have to get out of our comfort level. Learn to thrive on challenge and change. When you think you have learned enough you have really just begun. Don't be afraid to try something you don't thnk you can do. You may surprise yourself and you'll probably enjoy it. We can never mistake activity for achievement. Seeing is better than looking. Listening is better than hearing. Doing is better than talking. Consider how you can make a bigger impact with your time, money and talent. The most important thing is to start by taking action
